Vendors are told whose event it is, the city, the date and the guest count, and what you're asking for. They need those to quote.
They reply to an address we create for your event, not to your own inbox, and we pass their answers to you. We don't hand out your phone number.
We use it to ask vendors for quotes and to show you the answers. That's it. We don't sell it, we don't rent it, and we don't hand it to anyone for advertising.
Two outside services see part of it because they're how the thing runs: Google Workspace carries our email, and Cloudflare sits in front of this site and runs the "confirm you're human" check on the form. Cloudflare sees your IP address as part of that.
A weekly note about what arrived, and the occasional message about your own request. Reply and say stop, and we'll stop.
While you're using the service, and for as long as your page is useful to you afterwards. Ask us to delete it and we will -- write to [email protected]. Deleting your details also deletes the quotes gathered for you, and we can't put those back.
We don't set tracking cookies and there's no analytics on this site. The link to your page is the credential -- treat it like one, and don't post it somewhere public.
