What QuoteConcierge does

You tell us about your event and which kinds of vendors you want to hear from. We write to those vendors on your behalf, collect what they send back, and put it on one page for you. That is the whole service.

What we can't promise

• We can't make a vendor reply. We choose who to ask and we ask well, but the answer is theirs. Some vendors never write back.
• We don't set prices and we don't hold them. A figure on your page is what a vendor told us on the day they told us, and it can change.
• Nothing on your page is a booking, a quote you can hold someone to, or a contract between you and a vendor. When you're ready to book, you deal with the vendor directly.
• Where a page shows a figure we worked out rather than one a vendor sent, it says so on the figure itself.

What it costs

Asking venues is free, up to the number shown on your selection page. No card, and we don't ask for one.

Every other category -- catering, photography, flowers and the rest -- is part of a subscription at $29.99 a month. You can cancel it whenever you like and it stops at the end of the month you've paid for. We don't offer refunds for a month already started; cancel and it won't renew.

Your side

• Give us details that are true. Vendors quote against the date, the guest count and the city you give us, and a wrong one wastes their time and yours.
• Use this for your own event. Don't use it to gather prices for resale, for a competing service, or to contact vendors you have no intention of hiring.
• You're an adult, or someone who is is doing this with you.

Our side

We can decline or stop service, for a category or altogether, if a request looks automated, abusive, or aimed at vendors rather than at planning an event. If we do that while you're subscribed, we'll stop the billing.

We may change these terms. If a change matters to you, we'll say so in the weekly email rather than quietly editing this page.
