These are the terms you agree to when you tick the box on our form. They're short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, write to us before you tick.
You tell us about your event and which kinds of vendors you want to hear from. We write to those vendors on your behalf, chase the ones who don't answer, collect what they send back, and put it on one page for you. That is the whole service.
Vendors are separate businesses. We don't work for them, they don't pay us, and listing one isn't a recommendation. When you're ready to book, you deal with the vendor directly, under their own contract and their own terms. We're not a party to that agreement and aren't responsible for what a vendor does, charges or fails to do.
Asking venues is free, up to the number shown on your selection page. No card, and we don't ask for one. (If you've already booked your venue, the free run can be spent on one other category instead.)
The first three prices you receive in that free run are yours to read. Every price after that is listed on your page as received, and a single one-time payment of $24 opens all of them for that category: it is one payment, not one for each price. The prices already received open at once, and the rest open as each vendor answers. For venues, the same payment also has us ask fifteen more venues of your choice. If your first request reached us before 6 October 2026, every price in your free run is yours to read.
Any other category -- catering, photography, flowers and the rest -- is a one-time payment of $24 for that category for that event. The Wedding Pass is a one-time payment of $149 and covers every category for your wedding and the events that go with it (a rehearsal dinner, a shower, a welcome party). What you've already paid for single categories counts toward the Pass. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.
What you buy runs until 60 days after your event date, or 18 months from purchase if you haven't given us a date. After that your page stays readable; we just stop contacting new vendors. Because we start writing to vendors as soon as you choose who to ask, payments aren't refundable once you've confirmed a selection for what you bought. If you pay and change your mind before confirming anyone, email us and we'll refund it. Someone else (a parent, say) can buy the Pass for you from your shared page; it works the same way.
We can decline or stop service, for a category or altogether, if a request looks automated, abusive, or aimed at vendors rather than at planning an event. If we do that after you've paid for a category or the Pass and before we've asked anyone for it, we'll refund that payment.

We work hard to get this right, but the service is provided as it is, with no promises beyond the ones in these terms. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or knock-on losses -- for example a date that gets booked by someone else, or a deposit you pay a vendor -- and our total responsibility to you for anything to do with the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem arose, or $50 if you paid us nothing.
We may change these terms. If a change matters to you, we'll tell you by email rather than quietly editing this page, and the date at the top will change.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them or about the service will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you and we both agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Nothing here takes away a right the law where you live gives you and doesn't let a contract remove.
