What you get

One comparison. Every venue's real number, side by side.

All-in and per guest, sorted by price, with what each figure includes. A venue that quoted the room only is listed apart, so you never compare a room to a dinner. Where a number is our arithmetic, the page says so on that figure.All-in and per guest, sorted by price, with what each figure includes.

A sample comparison page with made-up venues: five venues listed side by side with all-in price, price per guest, whether it is the venue's own quote, and what the figure includes; the median of the priced venues shown beneath.

What actually happens

01

Tell us where, when and how many

Your town, your date (or roughly when) and about how many guests, then a name and an email. That’s the whole form. Want a caterer or photographer asked too? Tick them.

02

Name your venues — any venue in town

The one on your Pinterest board, the one your friend booked, the one you drove past last weekend. We'll show you every venue we know in your city to jog your memory, with 15 ticked to start; add any we don't have and we'll ask that one too. Nothing goes out until you say so.

03

We ask, we chase, we answer their questions

One plain email, signed by a real person, with your date and your numbers in it: is the date open, what's the minimum, what's the service charge, what does the bar cost, what would our headcount run all in. When a venue answers with a question, we answer it.

04

Every answer goes into your comparison

The vendor's own words and numbers, the day they arrive, beside the others and priced for your guest count. You'll also see who's booked on your date, who's too small, and who never wrote back — if one doesn’t reply, you’ll see that too.

What it costs

Venues Free

Up to 15 venues you pick, asked, chased and put in one comparison. Asking is free, no card. Your first 3 prices are free to read; one $24 payment shows you every venue side by side and has us ask 15 more.

One more category $24 once

Photographers, caterers, florists, a hotel room block or any other service. Pick up to 15 and we ask, chase and put them beside your venues. Good through the wedding.

Wedding Pass $149 once

Compare your whole wedding in one place: every category, plus the rehearsal dinner, shower and welcome party, through the wedding. Nothing renews. Parents, or anyone you share your page with, can buy it for you.

What couples said

Real people, real quotes, their words.

“QuoteConcierge really took a lot of stress out of getting venue quotes. It was so nice to take something off of our plate!”

Chris and Stephanie, Birmingham, AL · Sep 2026

“We were so frustrated by how opaque pricing is for our wedding. Alex took a lot of ambiguity out of the process.”

Sam and Lindsey, Austin, TX · Sep 2026

“It was so nice to know how expensive different vendors are. We needed to find places to save money and QuoteConcierge saved us thousands!”

Eric and Chelsea, Albany, NY · Sep 2026

“We were amazed at how fast Alex was able to gather quotes. Being able to look at them, and the hidden service fees, was so helpful!”

Chase and Amanda, Little Rock, AR · Sep 2026

“10/10, would recommend. It was nice to get some weekday evenings back instead of chasing more quotes!”

Jordan and Cait, Nashville, TN · Sep 2026

What we won't do

  • We won't publish your quotes. Your page is yours. A quote a venue writes for you is shown to you and nobody else. What we learn across many couples becomes a city-level range with a date and a sample size on it. One thing carries over: a venue's standard price list, the one it sends anyone who asks, is shown to the next couple who asks that venue, on their own page and marked as a price list.
  • We won't put a vendor's name on a figure they didn't give. Where the number is our arithmetic, the page says so.
  • We won't promise you a number of quotes. We control who gets asked and how well. Whether they answer is theirs.
  • We won't hand out your phone number. Vendors reply to an address we create for your event, not to your inbox.
Why this exists

We read 5,618 wedding vendor websites. Most of them don't say a price.

77%of the vendor sites we could read published no price of any kind — not a minimum, not a package, not a "starting at". Counted October 2026 across 107 US cities.
