- What's the venue fee for that date -- and is your month priced any differently than the rest of the year?
- Is food and drink through you or a caterer you require, or do couples bring their own? If it's through you, what per-person or package price should we plan on, and is there a food and beverage minimum or service charge?
- Ballpark, what would your guest count run all in at your venue? If catering is separate from you, even "our couples typically end up around $X all in" is genuinely useful.
- What's not included in the fee that couples usually end up paying for -- cleaning, security, insurance, staffing, parking, that kind of thing?
